Application Groups
Applications Groups help you to organize related BuildMaster Applications.
Conceptually, Application Groups sit above Applications, and allow an additional
level of scoping for Privileges, Actions, Triggers, Notifiers, or most anything
in BuildMaster that can also be scoped by Application.
Application Group Management
Application Groups should be used primarly for easing navigation when
BuildMaster contains a large number of Applications. They can be explictly managed
using the Maintain Application Groups link on the BuildMaster
Administration page. New groups may be created, and existing groups may be renamed.
A group may only be deleted if it currently contains no Applications.
An Application is assigned to an Application Group using that Application's
Settings page; this Application Group assigment may be changed at any time.
