500 Internal server error from Tutorial and wizards

  I create a Tutorial Application, such as Calculator or whiskey menu and I immediately get 500 Internal server error.

  The same happens when I use the create new .Net application wizard. I get the same message after selecting the provider file.

  I cannot see any message in the log
