Timeout and Slow Search

  Hi guy,
  we had some timeouts and a very very slow search result over nuget.exe with Proget.

  In the Database we added an Index to the table "dbo.Packages" Index key columns ae ("Feed_Id", "Package_id", "Version_Text")

  For the moment it works pls check this and the View "Packages_Extended" it is very slow

  Thanks Philipp, we've identified some additional performance issues as well and will plan to release a maintence ProGet release to fix this .. ideally today.
