"Change Controls Performed" check not environment aware?

We have a few environments, and use the workflow "approval" (or check, not sure the exact term) to ensure that all change controls in a given environment are completed before allowing promotion to that environment. However, it seems like it's not environment-aware. For instance, if we add a change control and associate it only with our final (Production) environment, it still prevents deployment to earlier environments.

Strange, I was not able to reproduce this. Could you send screenshots of the edit change control page and also the workflow page to support at inedo.com? Maybe I've missed something.

We've published the BuildMasterBeta extension v4.5 which contains a fix for this. You can install this extension from the Admin->Manage Extensions page. This fix will also be included in the next maintenance release of BuildMaster, which will be 4.6.3. Thanks for the bug report!
