Agent installation: error writing .dll

Attempting to install Agent 4.8.3 (run as Administrator) on Windows Server 2008, getting this error -- Extract: error writing to file InedoLib.dll

Is there any other error information e.g. stack trace or error details? You can look in the Windows Event Log for more info.
