Problem with Installation

I downloaded the latest version of Proget and want to install the free edition offline to test and evaluate as a Nuget Repository When I get to the screen to select edition the Free Edition and Enterprise Edition buttons are disabled. How do I get them enabled so I can install the free edition.
Also, I will be in an offline network with no internet access. Will this be a problem? Does your software phone home for anything?

No internet access is required; obviously you won't be able to connect to feeds hosted on the internet, like NuGet.org..
