Limit access to feeds in free edition

Hello,
I need to have 2 feeds : one internal with all my packages, and one public with only some packages with only some packages (and only "release" versions)
Is there a way to do it with the free version ? I see that the Package access rules are only available with the basic license...

This would require feed-scoped privileges, which is a paid feature. See Features by Edition for more differences.
