BuildMaster 4.9 Beta Released

Now before you upgrade, please note that ...

BuildMaster 4.9.0 is a beta release.

That said, our beta releases are quite stable (we use them internally), and we do support users who choose to upgrade sooner.

To install or upgrade, simply download BuildMaster and run the installer.

Make sure to check out the BuildMaster 4.9 Overview to learn what's in this beta, and what will be coming. Here are the specific items we changed in this beta:

  • BM-1925 - Reduced page load time for release overview page
  • BM-1923 - Add Otter-style execution engine
  • BM-1924 - Add option for execution-unique temp directories that are automatically cleaned up
  • BM-1920 - Increase visibility of deployed build number on Release Overview page
  • BM-1922 - FIX: Deploy artifact action can incorrectly set file timestamps
  • BM-1921 - FIX: Some recurring scheduled builds can be skipped
  • BM-1895 - Remove "executions on this server" from server page
