Job Description

We are seeking a fun and outgoing person with exceptional people skills to represent Inedo at events across the country. This person will work with marketing professionals, and other event personnel to ensure event success.

This position will be responsible for attending trade shows and events to meet with our current and future users. You should be eager to meet and talk to new people all the time.


  • Travel to and support onsite execution of key events, including show set-up and take-down
  • Ensure processing of show leads in CRM system
  • Support digital, direct, social and other media campaigns
  • Research and recommend marketing initiatives as needed


  • Willing to travel up to 50% to events as needed, may include travel on some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass background and Credit Check
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equal experience)
  • 1+ year professional experience (marketing or event planning preferred)
  • Ability to work closely in a team environment
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Proactive, hands-on, and good problem solving skills.
