Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator you will lead projects, manage social media accounts, communicate directly with clients, and improve our team’s capabilities.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Conduct and analyze market research; identify specific markets and target applicable audiences
  • Create collateral and content that are adherent to best practices. Develops communication programs that effectively promote the organization through social media, newsletters, emails, etc.
  • Builds and maintains lists and reports in our CRM system related to marketing and business development
  • Assist in the company’s marketing automation and lead generation programs
  • Assists on assigned marketing projects within scope, timeline and budget
  • Manage internal and external resources to meet assigned objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or significant experience (B2B marketing preferred)
  • 1+years professional experience (B2B marketing preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using social media for brand growth / awareness
  • Experience using marketing automation tools
  • Project management experience
  • Customer service experience
