The software development manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage software developers — work closely with software developers via daily stand-ups, task breakdown and assignment, training, hiring, and monitoring status of day-to-day development
  • Implement policy directives — define and enforce policies and processes, and ensure developer success through implementation of those policies, additionally providing feedback to upper management
  • Customer interaction — act as liaison between support staff, developers, and customers within a software development context


Experience Required

  • 5+ years application development experience (C#, .NET, Java, etc.)
  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience
  • 3+ years DevOps / automation exposure, including:
    • Continuous integration
    • Deployment automation

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of package management solutions (NuGet, maven, rpm, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Inedo tools
  • Experience with infrastructure automation (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)


  • Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Experience with leading projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle
  • Passion for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical background, ideally in .NET development
  • Proficiency with Git version control (GitLab platform)
  • Familiarity with YouTrack platform for issue tracking management
