We are getting this message when we try to access our buildmaster system. Currently our sysadmin is on holidays. What we can do to try to solve this problem as soon as possible?

We are four persons using the system: there's one person who can promote deployments to different environments, another one who configures the system and two developers who use buildmaster with read only access.


If you look in the Service subdirectory of the BuildMaster installation, you'll find BuildMaster.Configuration.AdminTool.exe which can clear the set of licensed users.

Since licensed users are added back as soon as they log in, that should be all you need.
