Low-Privilege ProGet Integrated Web Server Installation

I just installed ProGet express edition. Chose integrated server and not IIS.
Installation was successful however unable to connect to localhost port 81.
Verified that service is up and running.
Restarted my machine as well.
Note: I do not have admin privileges, had to have network admin to login and do custom install as admin.

An administrator must log in and run the ProGet.Service.exe executable and reserve the URLs you are using, which will also require a system restart before it takes effect.
