Install multiple ProGet instances on the same machine

We have ProGet Enterprise and this is working very well for us hosting multiple NuGet feeds with LDAP directory/Integrated Authentication enabled. I now have a requirement to setup NPM and Bower feeds but from what I understand and from the testing I've done, these feeds will not work with Integrated Authentication turned on.
Because of this I'm considering whether to setup a separate ProGet server for these feeds (not ideal) and I would like to know if it's possible to install a separate instance of ProGet, listening on a different port, on the same machine as our existing ProGet service? If this is possible/supported, I would like to know what kind of issues we may encounter (upgrades etc.)
I'm open to any other recommendations for co-existing these feeds on the same server so long as it doesn't involve turning off integrated authentication!

You can install a separate website in IIS that points to the same home directory, which supports forms authentication, then use that separate URL for npm & bower.
With a separate IIS site, upgrading won't touch it so it will upgrade as per normal with the installer.
