Issue while intergrating Proget with Vor Security

As soon as I'm trying run the VulnerabilityDownloader task under Scheduled-tasks under Admin. It is giving an error message like "Failed to send start message to the ScheduledTaskExecuter:Cannot connect to the service: The message could not be dispatched because the service at the endpoint address 'net.pipe://localhost/INEDOPROGETSVC-ctrl/INEDOPROGETSVC-ctrl' is unavailable for the protocol of the address."

This particular issue just means that the web server and service cannot communicate; doesn't have much to do with VOR SECURITY, and you can simply resolve it by restarting the web/service.
