Email Notification Not Working

I am evaluating event listener for sending email of Approval Required event. However, I found some error messages and no any notification was sent. I have applied the patch which mentioned on July-28-2016: Email Notification: Approval Required not working. Below is the message for your reference, thanks.

Thank you for the report - this issue (BM-2370) was fixed in a later version.
