  • In our Support Q & A anyone can ask or answer a question. Our support engineers are actively monitoring the questions as well, and will typically answer within a day or two.
  • Having trouble getting started with BuildMaster, ProGet or Otter, or just want to see some examples of what you can do? Our simple tutorials can get you started.
  • Although most of our code is not open source, we are fairly open about our source code. Feel free to request our source code.
  • You can also Submit a Support Ticket, but consider submitting to Q & A instead. We'll answer in generally the same time, but other users can offer additional assistance.
  • The knowledge base articles are a collection of short articles related to BuildMaster, ProGet, Otter or Inedo. It's browsable, but it's best searched with the search bar.
  • Our services and training partner network is a distributed network of certified consultants, providing worldwide service assistance.
